In
collaboration with La
Face Cachée de la Pomme, the MAM Fine Crafts Collective
is proud to present pétard !
("fire-cracker") an outdoor fine crafts exhibition for the
12th edition of the Journées
de la culture.
Set
in a dynamic atmosphere, this outdoor exhibition will run from
September 26 until October 20, 2008 at the La Face Cachée
de la Pomme cidery in Hemmingford in the Montérégie, located
45 minutes south of Montréal, at 617, Route 202 Hemmingford (Qc)
J0L 1H0 ; 450-247-2899, ext. 228.

From
September 26 to 28, for the Journées de la culture weekend, artists
will be on the grounds, to speak with visitors and share their creative
passion. In addition to pétard
!, participants can visit the cidery's grounds, the
site will be laid out to welcome the whole family, and grown-ups will
be invited to have a first taste of the cider Dégel.
La Face Cachée's participation in and promotion of Québecois
cultural activities is perfectly in line with the nature of the cidery's
products: authentic and inspired! MAM thanks La Face Cachée,
as well as the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ)
and the Conférence régionale des élus (CRÉ)
de Montréal for their valued collaboration, as well as the participating
artists: Marianne Chevalier; Luc Delavigne; Alicia Legault-Verdier;
Éloïse Marchand-Duchesneau; Janelle Mellamphy; Julie-Soleil
Nadeau; Karine Rodrigue; Isabelle Sentenne; and the MAM Collective.
